Mostly, we will collect information directly from you, to help us understand your qualifications, experience and suitability for employment with Fujitsu. If you do not provide us with this information, we will not be able to consider your application for employment.
We may also exchange information with other people and organisations concerning you. This may include previous employers, educational institutions and industry contacts, as well as referees whose names you provide to us.
If we make an offer of employment to you, the information you have provided to us will form part of your employee record. If we do not make an offer to you at this stage, we will normally retain your file for a period of 6 months.
The Privacy Act allows you to access personal information about you held by Fujitsu and tell Fujitsu if you think any of that information is not accurate, complete or up to date.
